Season of Service The San Diego Season of Service has begun! You can get involved in a project serving our community (or even create your own), leading up do San Diego CityFest on September 11, 2010. Visit www.sandiegocityfest.com for more information. Young Adults Summer Small Group Tuesday, August 31. Couples and singles welcome - Childcare provided! This week we'll be talking about our new Fall schedule and new opportunities for young adults and young families at FBC! We'll start at 5:30 pm - bring a dinner for you and family and end by 7:00 pm. All Church Camp Saturday morning, September 4th through Monday morning, September 6th at Palomar Christian Conference Center, located on 320 acres, 32 miles NE of Escondido CA, adjacent to the Palomar Mountain State Park. Enjoy time with friends and family, horseback riding, paintball, archery, rifle range, swimming, volleyball, baseball, hiking, horse shoes, ping pong, or do nothing at all. Since the very beginning, the desire of those involved with the camp has been to use the natural beauty of the mountains, the solitude of the trees, the peaceful streams, and the clear mountain air to draw men and women, boys and girls to a new understanding of Jesus Christ. New Beth Moore StudyLadies, come and join our Women’s small group as we begin anew Beth Moore Bible study: Esther–It’sTough Being a Woman. We are women who love the Lord, enjoy having a goodtime, and love and support each other. The study will begin Wednesday,September 15, and will meet weekly from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. for ten weeks.
